Jakarta, January 23, 2017 – Opening the beginning of the year, the global leading tire manufacturer from South Korea, Hankook Tire, held a Distributor Gathering, involving all distributors from over the country on January 11 to 13, 2017. The event at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel, Denpasar, Bali was held in order to review 2016 business performance and to share the company’s strategy in 2017. Hankook Tire distributors from various big cities in Indonesia participated in this event.
“Through this event, we want to strengthen the relationship with our distributors, as well as giving an appreciation to the distributors which have accomplished an important role in developing Hankook Tire brand in Indonesia” said Jason Lee, Sales & Marketing Director of PT Hankook Tire Indonesia.
At the Distributor Gathering, Hankook Tire gave appreciation for the distributors who excel in achieving growth and retail expansion. Besides, Hankook Tire also conducted a technical review and planning for sales and marketing activities in 2017, as well as other strategic agenda.
This activity was not the first time held by Hankook Tire to give an appreciation towards its distributors for their loyalty and performance. At the end of last year, Hankook Tire also held an activity with its distributors from Indonesia, titled Real Madrid Spain Tour. This trip aimed to socialize and build an understanding regarding the global partnership which has been established between Hankook Tire and renowned football club, Real Madrid FC. The distributors watched Real Madrid match in the VIP room of Santiago Bernabéu stadium. This privilege is given exclusive only for Hankook Tire as a global partner. “We do this kind of activity to improve the confidence of Hankook Tire distributors to keep growing,” added Jason Lee.
